Shelby Thomas epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of the real estate transaction. She has a background in sales and has worked in real estate for many years in different roles that range from administrative assistant, operations manager, compliance officer, marketing director, transaction coordinator, and even home staging! Her love for systems, automations, checklists, time-blocking, spreadsheets, and complete order makes being a transaction coordinator the perfect position, while also being able to act as a concierge for real estate agents.

Elizabeth Schlak
Elizabeth (Liz) is joining REfined CTC after working many years as a listing and buyer coordinator for a high volume real estate team. Real Estate is a second career for her following her retirement as a Colonel from the U.S. Army.
Liz teaches photography in her spare time and is a photography leader for 4-H youth ages 8-18 across the state of Texas. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé and their two Aussiedor dogs. We look forward to Liz bringing her attention to detail and transaction experience to REfined CTC!

Christina Franco
Prior to her start in real estate, Christina thrived in the healthcare industry for 15 years. Whether Christina was working at the nursing home, home health, Midwestern University, or for Yale, there was always one underlying take away- Compassion and Time Management are always of utmost importance.
Christina was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She has a loved for theater and reading; which she hopes to pass down to her three children. Thanks to her husband's active military career, she has been granted the opportunity to see the majority of the United States on different assignments. She has developed a love for the beaches where she currently resides in Florida.

Kaitlyn Sarchet
Kaitlyn has been working in the world of transaction coordination for over six years. She’s passionate about helping real estate agents stay organized, on track, and stress-free through every step of the closing process. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to clear communication help ensure a smooth experience for both agents and clients.
Kaitlyn lives in Lubbock, Texas, with her husband who proudly serves on the fire department, their two young children, and their sweet dog Bear. When she’s not knee-deep in contracts and timelines, you’ll find her and her family cheering on the Texas Tech Red Raiders and the Boston Red Sox, or simply enjoying quality time together.
